The redevelopment of Woodland/Parkway Homes, a former public housing complex in South Coatesville, is complete and leases have already been signed for over 30 of the 47 rental apartments and townhouses there. The developer, The Community Builders, Inc. is celebrating the construction with a Grand Opening Ceremony, which will conclude with planting in the new community garden and tours of the complex.
