Barbra Streisand has taken a few moments from her perpetual farewell tour to berate those in the Democratic Party who have taken up positions among the tall grasses. In a lengthy memo she characterizes the party's leading lights, other than herself, as "paralyzed, demoralized and depressed." The cause of their pain is President George W.
