Q Comm International Inc. (OTC BB: QCCM), a prepaid telecom technology and information services company, Wednesday announced that it has teamed with Hargray Communications Group (HCG), a total communications provider headquartered on Hilton Head Island, S.C., to change the prepaid wireless distribution paradigm in parts of the Southeast.
