The next level of hair care for renowned salon owner Jeffrey Paul is going national with his new concept for restoring beautiful hair.
Mr. Paul, who along with his wife Zina owns Jeffrey Paul's Restoring Beautiful Hair and Wellness Center in Rocky River, said his focus is on the heads of women -- taking traditional hair care to a new level nationwide through his new Beautiful Hair Network.
