L.A. County's Mental Health system is in crisis. On Wednesday, July 17 at 9 a.m., close to 400 members of the Los Angeles Advocates for Mental Health are rallying on behalf of L.A. County's mentally ill population on the steps of the Hall of Administration Building, 500 West Temple Ave., in Los Angeles.
