2001 APR 23 - (NewsRx Network) -- Cognitive behavioral therapy as a treatment for insomnia leads to clinically significant sleep improvements within six weeks, and these improvements appear to last through six months of follow-up, according to an article in the April 11, 2001, issue of the Journal of the American Medical Association.
