A culture clash of sorts seems to be churning in downtown Arlington Heights.
On one side are those who want to enjoy their new condominium units in peace and quiet. On the other, those who bought their condos to enjoy the restaurants, nightlife and atmosphere of a true downtown.
Where the twain shall meet is in front of the Village Green's 44 N. Vail Ave. building. Two restaurants are preparing outdoor dining areas there for the spring and summer.
