PUT away your heavy- sunk line and big tube flies ... it's that magical time when you can fish for salmon on a floating line.
For me, casting a small fly on a floater is the ultimate experience in salmon fishing.
No matter how many hundreds of salmon I've caught over the years, the sight of that swirl on the surface as a good fish turns to take never ceases to thrill me.
