ECsoft Group plc ("ECsoft" or the "Company"; London: ECS; Nasdaq OTC: ECSGY) announces that shareholders approved all resolutions put to the Annual General Meeting in London, on 9 May 2001.
The following senior directors stood for election and were duly re-elected; Jerry Ellis, Peter Harris, Arild Orgland, Kenneth Briddon and Keith Todd.
The Company approved a resolution to renew its authority to purchase its own shares.
