The bizarre twists continue in the dog-mauling death of lesbian college lacrosse coach Diane Alexis Whipple outside the door of her San Francisco apartment in January. Robert Noel and Marjorie Knoller, the husband and wife who owned the two massive Presa Canario dogs involved in the attack, were indicted March 29--but only after taking a high-speed ride from San Francisco after Knoller testified before a grand jury.
