SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 14, 2001
U.S. Home & Garden Inc. (Nasdaq: USHG) today announced that, coinciding with the previously announced closing of the Ampro Industries, Inc. facility in July, Richard Raleigh, Chief Operating Officer, is expected to resign effective June 30, 2001, and Don Rutishauser has resigned as Chief Financial Officer, effective September 30, 2001. Mr. Raleigh will remain a director of the Company and serve as a consultant to the Company for a period of one year. The Company also announced Maureen Kassel has resigned as a director and officer of the Company, effective immediately.
