- MagiCorp Entertainment Inc. (MEI:CDNX) ("MagiCorp") is pleased to announce that it has entered into a binding securities exchange agreement to acquire 1437319 Ontario Inc., subject to receiving final CDNX approval. MagiCorp intends to complete this transaction on June 4th, 2001, at which time the transaction will release from escrow pursuant Ontario Securities Commission regulations.
