ROBSON GREEN thought he'd landed his dream job when he signed up for his latest television starring role.

For the first thing the producers of ITV's new legal drama Close And True did was send him off on holiday to the sun-kissed Maltese island of Gozo.

But they didn't want the talented actor just to top up his tan.

Instead, Robson was told to learn to scuba dive to play the part of lawyer John Close.

The 35-year-old star - who shot to fame in Soldier Soldier - feared he'd quite literally be out of his depth ...
