Bryan L. Goddard, MAI, is the recipient of the 2001 Armstrong/Kahn Award and a $1,000 honorarium. The award is a combination of the former Robert H. Armstrong Award and the former Sanders A. Kahn Award and recognizes the most outstanding article published in The Appraisal Journal over the past year. A task force chaired by William Kinnard, Jr., MAI, SRA, PhD; Gene Dilmore, MAI, SRA; Bonnie Roerig, MAI; and Danny Wiley, SRA; selected the winning two-part series, "The Power of Computer Graphics for Comparative Analysis" and "Graphics Improve the Analysis of Income Data" which were published in the April and October 2000 issues.
