WHITE SPECKS, WEBS EQUAL SPIDER MITES.(LIFE)

I put my houseplants out for the summer but my palm now has white speckled leaves and spider webs are all over it. Could it be that I have spider mites on my houseplants? What should I do?

The symptoms you have sound very much like spider mites. To determine if a plant is infested with mites, hold a sheet of white paper underneath the affected plant and tap the front of the leaf sharply. Minute green, red, or yellow specks the size of pepper grains will drop to the paper and begin to crawl around. The pests are easily seen against the white background.
