Seattle Center director Virginia Anderson was named yesterday as the winner of the MVP award at the King County Sports and Events Council's Champions for Life luncheon.
Honored at the Washington State Convention and Trade Center, Anderson was chosen for her contributions to the city's sports and events industry. She has been instrumental in generating more than $350 million in public and private funding for renovation projects, including KeyArena.
