Washington Group International today announced that The District Court of the Fourth Judicial District of the State of Idaho has ruled decisively in its favor and issued a mandatory preliminary injunction requiring Raytheon Company to produce an audited balance sheet-- the triggering document for a cash adjustment of the company's July 7, 2000 purchase of Raytheon Engineers & Constructors (RE&C).
