Like Billy Crystal and his pals in the movie ''City Slickers,'' a posse of weekend cowboys have come looking for a taste of the Old West.
As they cross a pasture on horseback, a group leader tells them to circle a herd of grazing Texas Longhorn cattle.
''You've got to make a lot of noise,'' the guide tells the riders. ''That is the only way to move them.''
The ''rustlers'' from Cincinnati's suburbs follow suit. ''Let's go cows,'' yells one rider.
''Come here, cow. Yoohoo!'' calls another, and as the noise continues, the cattle amble over a hillside and through a pasture gate. ...
