Tokyo Electron Arizona Inc. (TAZ) today filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York against Discreet Industries Corp., located in Mineola, N.Y., and several other companies and individuals, alleging that the defendants unlawfully used Tokyo Electron Arizona's confidential information when they made and sold replacement parts for Tokyo Electron Arizona's Eclipse sputtering machines.
