MARKHAM, Ont., Aug. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Magna International Inc. (NASDAQ: MAGAF) today announced that two of its subsidiaries, Cosma International Inc., and Decoma International Inc., have filed preliminary documents for the proposed issue of Class A subordinate voting shares of each company in Canada and the United States.
