Despite the recent economic cooldown, the housing market in Manhattan and the surrounding suburbs remains tight. Trying to find an affordable apartment in the area is still extremely stressful and trying to find an apartment for a busy corporate executive that needs a place to stay for a mere month or two can be near impossible. That is one reason more and more local businesses continue to turn to corporate housing providers to supply them with fully furnished, luxury accommodations for relocating executives or those on extended training or other assignments.
