Decorative accessories have strong growth potential for gift and homefurnishings retailers, according to Gifts & Decorative Accessories' latest Retail Issues mini-survey.
"Accessories make the look/personality of the home. Without accessories, we could not properly finish the job," says one homefurnishings retailer. Adds another: "Creative accessorizing has proved an exciting and economical way to decorate. It suits America's continued emphasis on home investment and beautification."
