Q. I would like to get the customer service number for the Nike company. I have a pair of sport shoes with insoles that really need replacing._Mrs. C., Fort Worth, Texas
A: It never occurred to me that anyone would replace insoles, unless they were upgrading to super-deluxe padding or extra arch support or something. But with the cost of replacing athletic shoes, you may have saved us all some money today.
