AT THE School of the Art Institute of Chicago last month, a "minority exhibition" open to the public featured a display in which the American flag was laid on the floor. Although the media reported some of the ensuing furor, they did not provide a full description of Mr. "Dread" Scott Tyler's exhibit. We hereby oblige.
There was a photo-montage on the wall, in black and white. In the foreground of this montage, several coffins bulked large, draped with American flags. Grim Asiatic figures lurked in the background.
