Keeping the Hollywood real estate scene hopping, Paramount Pictures and Universal Television each signed a $350,000 lease for separate 10,000-square-foot chunks at 6565 Sunset Blvd.
Universal Television & Networks Group, a division of Vivendi-Universal S.A., will use the space for production of a new program titled "5th Wheel," another version of the reality dating-show genre. Universal also renewed its lease on 10,000 square feet at the building that it has been using for production of "Blind Date." So the company has now doubled its occupancy in the building.
