Jun. 4--STEEL WORKERS RALLYING FOR JOBS AND MARKET: West Virginia steelworkers and their fellows from the Ohio Valley plan to throw their weight around Wednesday in Washington at a rally to save their jobs from "dumping" on the domestic market by foreign steelmakers.
Dumping is an old practice of selling a product, steel in this case, at a price less than the cost to produce it. American steelworkers and manufacturers say that's what they are up against at the expense of jobs and profits.
