L N Mittal, a London-based steel magnate, has reportedly joined a consortium bidding for 26% stake in Indian Airlines, India's domestic carrier.
An unnamed spokesperson told Reuters on 4 June, 'Mittal has now teamed-up with Videocon, and is backing that bid for Indian Airlines.' Videocon is an Indian home electronics company, while L N Mittal controls the steel group Ispat International NV, which has its ...
