MOST of us are aware of how important it is to moderate the amount of fat we eat in our diets.
But in our rush towards lowfat eating, it can be easy to miss out on the benefits of healthy fats known as essential fatty acids (EFAs).
Unlike the fats found in meat and dairy products, they may actually reduce the risk of conditions such as heart disease and stroke.
