Following a ruling on June 1, 2001 by the District Court of the Fourth Judicial District of the State of Idaho ordering Raytheon Company to produce an April 30, 2000 balance sheet of its former subsidiary, Raytheon Engineers & Constructors (RE&C), by June 5, 2001 at 5:00 p.m., Washington Group International (NYSE:WNG) today announced that it received two unaudited balance sheets late yesterday afternoon from Raytheon Company.
