LAST Tuesday night Jemima Khan was voted "Britain's best-dressed celebrity of 2000" at the British Fashion Awards.
It was quite a fashion moment. Having watched a succession of presenters shimmy onto the stage in out-there outfits - Joely Richardson in a clinging Julien Macdonald dress, Jodie Kidd in a sheer tube that had her jokingly switching the winner's envelope up and down, breasts to thong, in a vain attempt to cover her modesty - Jemima's gong came as something of a surprise.
