Geron Corporation (Nasdaq:GERN) announced today that the company has entered into an option agreement to license its nuclear transfer technology to Viragen, Inc. of Plantation, Florida. The option grants a right to license, on a non-exclusive, worldwide basis, Geron's nuclear transfer patent portfolio for the field of avian nuclear transfer.
