On Friday, June 8, 1:30 p.m., in the school cafeteria, the law firm of Adorno & Zeder and the Miami Heat Academy will celebrate the retirement of Paul L. Dunbar Elementary Principal, Joyce Williams, for over 32 years of service to the Miami-Dade County Public School System.
Both the Firm and the Heat Academy are corporate partners for the elementary school. In 1997, after recognition of the high need for support, the Firm adopted the 4th Grade class of the school and instituted a reading tutorial program where staff and attorneys assist in improving reading proficiency of 4th graders.
