WASHINGTON -- The World Bank's International Development Association (IDA) and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) agreed today that Bolivia has met the conditions for its completion point under the enhanced framework of the Heavily Indebted Poor Countries (HIPC) Initiative. Bolivia becomes the second country to reach this point (after Uganda).
