Provident Bank announced today the expansion of its Commercial Real Estate Banking activities in Columbus, Ohio with the appointments of Wilfrid J. (Bill) Gallant as Regional Vice President, Richard D. Stearns as Vice President and Andrew E. Kerr as Vice President. They will join Vice President Daniel C.
