Local Defendants Accuse Merrill Lynch of Hypocrisy
WITHIN HOURS OF MARY ELLEN Guise and Joey Price quitting their jobs as stockbrokers with Merrill Lynch & Co.'s Little Rock office on April 27, their former employer filed a lawsuit against them.
The nation's biggest securities firm sought to prevent Guise and Price from taking their Merrill Lynch clients with them to the Little Rock office of their new firm, Salomon Smith Barney Inc.
