OF SAN JUAN RACING ASSOCIATION'S ASSETS
ST. CHARLES, Md., Aug. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- A partnership managed by Interstate General Company L.P. (AMEX: IGC) has moved several steps closer to an anticipated fourth quarter 1989 closing of a $67.5 million acquisition of substantially all the assets of the San Juan Racing Association, Inc.
