KILL DEVIL HILLS -- Last year, when members of the Outer Banks Tennis Association sponsored their first School's Out Tennis Camp, they expected about 30 participants. Instead, more than 100 youths showed up.
``I had to scramble to get two more instructors,'' said association president Robert Wells.
This week, the organization is conducting its second annual School's Out Tennis Camp in partnership with the Dare County Department of Parks and Recreation. Wells said enrollment reached 150 youths.
``It's full,'' added Freddie Hutchins, the group's treasurer.
