For salvatore vacca, life in the sprawling 125-acre wholesale produce market in Hunts Point has its frustrations.
Business is so brisk for his dried-fruit and nuts company that Mr. Vacca wants to expand his space. To give his company, AJ Trucco Inc., the storage room it desperately needs, he is trying to double to four the number of 7,500-square-foot units his company has in the market. The problem is, he can't figure out how to do it.
