You'd think all this would have deflated the spirits of local high school graduates.
Guess again.
According to The Virginian-Pilot's 10th annual survey of South Hampton Roads high school seniors, this is an optimistic bunch.
Most will march out of graduation secure in the conviction that:
They had good educations.
