To reunite or not to reunite: that is the question for old rock bands.
Concert promoters ask them all the time, and most cave in eventually. The price they pay is that they are then accused of only doing it for the money - or beaucoup cabbage, as Glenn Frey of the Eagles puts it in a candid programme note.
