Pizza on the grill? Why bother?
Three reasons, off the top of my head:
Because in a nation that consumes 350 slices of pizza a second, it's a good chance you already like pizza.
Because believe it or not, come the end of July, you're going to be bored with the routine choices _ beef or pork, chicken or seafood. Some days, it's going to be so hot, you won't want all that heavy meat.
And because it's good _ darned good _ especially if you mix in a little wood smoke.
But don't take my word for it. Here's my 2{-year-old son's review of my first-ever grilled, smoked, three-cheese pizza pie: "I want some more."
