Jun. 18--Alamogordo, N.M. is tiptoeing through the tulips, but Roswell is pushing up daisies on its prospects for landing an estimated 350 new jobs with 1-800-Flowers.com Inc.
The San Antonio, Texas-based flower delivery company announced in May that it would move its call center to either Alamogordo or Roswell. Last week, Alamogordo got the nod.
