Vacation Bible School is in session at West Cincinnati Presbyterian Church. The sounds of young voices singing ''I Have Decided to Follow Jesus'' drift through the hall, into the office of Pastor Richard McNeill.
His staffers call him Rev. He's talking about when he came to this church six years ago; the Findlay Street Neighborhood House had funding for a program to send a few children from this inner-city neighborhood to the mountains in North Carolina for a week. Only they couldn't get anyone to go.
The Rev thought it was a real shame. Here was a chance for some children to see there was more to the world than the West ...
