Managing Employees Who Resist or REBEL Against Change.(Brief Article)

Surveys of executives reveal many companies fail to meet their profit objectives due to "people problems." My research for my Absolutely Fabulous Organizational Change book found these "people problems" fall into two "r" categories: resistance and rebellion.
Resistance includes employees flinging road-blocks in the way of the change. Rebellion is akin to teenagers defying authority figures, in this case leaders instituting change. Examples during organizational change include employees showing down their work pace, badmouthing the change behind leaders' backs, and slashing productivity.
