The American Society of Perfumers held its 47th Annual Symposium, titled Changes in the World of Perfumery, at New York City's Marriott Marquis. A complement of fragrance aficionados heard Steve Orson, President of ASP, welcome all to a program devoted to perfumery in the context of change and evolution. Chaired by Marvel Fields, of Mane, USA, the American Society of Perfumers addressed such topics as anticipating, monitoring and adapting to change in a post-modern era.
