Fred Williams, who has dedicated 29 years of volunteer service as a director at Copper Valley Electric Association, recently received the Mason LaZelle Award from the Alaska Rural Electric Cooperative Association (ARECA), the highest honor awarded by the state's electric utility industry. The award is presented to individuals who have made outstanding contributions to rural electrification efforts in Alaska.
