Infotopia, Inc. (OTC:IFTP) ("Infotopia" or the "Company"), today announced that it filed the complaint in the Bristol County Superior Court, Taunton, Massachusetts against Raging Bull.com ("Raging Bull"), Lycos Terra Network, Inc. ("Lycos") and several individuals utilizing message boards for the purpose of posting various misleading and harmful information about Infotopia and its officers and directors. The Company claims in the filed complaint that information disseminated by several individuals through Raging Bull's message boards has damaged Infotopia's name and its stock value.
