ANGRY dad John Morgan was stunned when he got back from a family outing to an S Club 7 concert to find his car had been locked in a a 24-hour car park.
A newly-erected fenced meant he could not retrieve his Ford Mondeo to take them home on the last leg of the journey back from the NEC in Birmingham.
