A YOUNG woman died after downing a huge shot of bourbon, then up to a third of a bottle of rum in one go.
Tragic Caroline McIntosh's pal told other drinkers: "Don't worry, that's her party trick."
The classroom assistant drank the deadly cocktail during a binge on a Marines base.
She downed at least 24 units of alcohol - the equivalent of 12 pints of beer - in such a short time that death was almost inevitable, an inquiry heard yesterday.
