Computer Associates International, Inc. (NYSE: CA)(CA) today announced the appointment of two new members to its Board of Directors: Lewis S. Ranieri, Founder of Hyperion Partners L.P. and Chairman and CEO of Ranieri & Co. Inc., both private investment firms; and Linus W. L.
